In June, the asking prices of homes in every province in Spain registered decreases, to a greater or lesser extent, compared to the previous month, according to a study of house sale adverts carried out by CoHispania.
In this sense, Lleida was the province with the highest percentage of asking price decreases during the month of June, equivalent to 14% of the total number of homes on the market. Cuenca and Almería followed, where the prices of 10.7% of the homes for sale had been reduced, and Toledo, with 10%.
