
In the second quarter, the appraisal value of residential properties amounted to 1,610.1 euros per square metre, which is 1.7% less than in the same period in 2019 and 1.8% less than in the previous quarter, according to data published on Thursday by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda.
This is the first decrease in the appraisal value of private housing to be recorded since the first quarter of 2015, when it fell by 0.1% before beginning a five-year period of growth.
