Last year’s record-breaking figures in the logistics real estate market were registered in terms of both investment and leasing.
In this way, whilst around 2.2 billion euros was invested in logistics assets during 2021, more than 2,716 million square metres of space was leased, according to the consultancy CBRE.
That figure in terms of the amount of space leased last year was 44% higher than that recorded in 2020.
