Ten Brinke has sold the build-to-rent project that it is building in Valdemoro (Madrid) to Nuva Living, a company owned by Dunas Capital Real Estate and the Swiss management company Partners Group.
This residential project, which will comprise more than 150 homes, is located opposite the train station that links Valdemoro with the centre of the Spanish capital.
