
The investment company Temprano Capital Partners, founded by James Preston and Neil Jones, has completed the acquisition of a student hall of residence located in the Aravaca district of Madrid. To date, the asset has been operated under the Collegiate AC brand.
The residence contains 215 self-contained studios and 2,000 square metres of common areas, including a library, study rooms, coworking spaces, rooms for private meals, a gym and multimedia rooms. The asset is located at number 79 Avenida del Talgo, near the Complutense University of Madrid’s campus.
