The Socimi Tempore Properties is preparing to make investments worth one hundred million euros this year to increase its stock of rental homes by 660 units. It is primarily looking to invest in cities such as Zaragoza, Vigo and Bilbao, where its CEO indicated, in May last year, that his firm was studying operations aimed at expanding its rental portfolio.
