Techstone has selected the consultancy firm Quick Expansion to co-exclusively market a logistics platform in Barcelona’s second ring.
The platform is located 38 kilometres from Barcelona and very close to Sabadell, Terrassa and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, in Castellar del Vallès.
Techstone’s facility have 26,119 m2 of warehouse space and 1,230 m2 of office space in a block attached to the warehouse. It will also benefit from natural light and an enclosed area with security. The main façade will face the B-124 road.
