The British developer Taylor Wimpey has announced a new investment in Spain. There, it will invest 17 million euros in developing an apartment complex in Alicante.
Located on the Punta Prima beach in Torrevieja, the new complex will have 48 2-3-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms each. All the apartments will have terraces with sea views and a storage room and parking space. Residents will enjoy gardens, three swimming pools, a children’s play area and direct access to the promenade.
Taylor Wimpey is currently at work on another residential development just in front of this one, Panorama Mar.
