The British property developer Taylor Wimpey is strengthening its presence on the Costa del Sol. This time, with a new real estate development in Estepona. The Sunny Golf residential complex, located in the Estepona Golf area, will involve an investment of almost 9 million euros. The company already has another similar project in the same area, the Green Golf residential complex, which is in its last phase of commercialisation.
According to the Housing on the Coast 2022 report, prepared by Tinsa, all coastal areas have experienced a recovery to their pre-Covid sales levels. At this point, the Costa del Sol stands out, with the province of Málaga accounting for a quarter of the housing market in total and 18% of the new-build market.
