Taylor Wimpey España has begun work on Marbella Lake, a new development on the Costa del Sol (Málaga). It expects to invest a total of 35.5 million euros, according to the British developer. Located in the Nueva Andalucía district of Marbella, the development is 5 km from the beach and Puerto Banús and just over half an hour from Málaga Airport.
The 98 flats at Marbella Lake, which have 2 or 3 bedrooms, come with parking spaces, storage rooms, with a starting price of 285,000 euros. In addition, the complex has four communal swimming pools.
Marbella Lake is located next to the Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha golf courses. It is also close to the international school Aloha College.
