The alternative financing platform Stronghold closed 2022 with more than 120 million euros in real estate financing operations. Backed by institutional investors, the platform focuses on tailor-made financing solutions for property developers.
The projects that Stronghold finances are mostly residential, although they have also financed offices and commercial premises. After a very active 2022 in areas such as Alicante and Málaga, the goal for 2023 is to continue looking for opportunities and projects in other locations across Spain and even in Portugal.
