Stoneweg and Bain Capital are putting their foot down on the accelerator. The joint venture has completed the purchase of the Hotel Don Carlos in Ibiza from Palladium for 30 million euros, according to market sources.
The deal is a sale & leaseback operation whereby the buyers will retain the former owner, Palladium, as the operator.
