Starwood Capital is putting an office building on the market that is located on Calle Pallars number 193, in the Poblenou neighbourhood of Barcelona. The operation will be completed for more than 60 million euros.
To this end, the company has asked the consulting firms CBRE, Savills Aguirre Newman and Cushman & Wakefield to submit offers to assume the mandate for the sale of the property, as reported by Ejeprime. The fund will then choose one of those firms to handle the sale.
