Starwood Capital is finalizing the purchase of an office building in the center of Barcelona from one of the funds owned by the manager Hines. According to OkDiario, the operation is going to exceed 120 million euros.
The complex located on Diagonal 177 sits on a plot spanning 7,150 square meters and has a constructed surface area of 52,038 square meters.
