Neinor Homes and Vía Célere have announced record pre-sales and deliveries figures for the first quarter of 2021. Vía Célere, a company controlled by several funds led by US fund Värde, delivered 493 homes in the first three months of the year, 54% more than in the same period last year.
The firm has now delivered a total of 2,104 homes between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021. «This is the highest figure achieved by a residential developer in Spain in the last twelve years,» according to the company.
Madrid posted the highest number of new deeds of any region in Spain, with 218. The second-highest was in Bilbao, with 73 deliveries, followed by Malaga (53), Seville (40), Girona (37), A Coruña (25) and Valencia and Barcelona, with 22 deliveries in each city.
