International private equity firms are focusing on Spain. According to ‘The Wealth Report’ by the consulting firm Knight Frank, Spain, and specifically, Madrid, are prominently positioned in the pipeline of new real estate investments for domestic and international family offices.
According to The Wealth Report, Spain will be fourth in the world ranking of foreign investment by country in 2022, behind the United Kingdom, the USA and Germany. 43% of that investment is expected to target the office segment; followed by the logistics sector, which is forecast to account for 17% of the total.
