Following the outbreak of the pandemic, buyers’ demands and priorities have changed. Purchasers now typically prefer single-family homes with outdoor areas and more space over flats with smaller rooms, according to a study carried out by TecniTasa.
During the third quarter of the year, the number of transactions involving single-family homes increased by almost 10.7% compared to the same period a year earlier. Meanwhile, the sale of flats decreased by 16.4% during the same period.
