Silicius Real Estate reported net profits of €56.15 million between January and June this year, up 408.6% from the same period of 2020 (€11.04 million), mainly due to the revaluation of its portfolio. The socimi reported the news to BME Growth.
Specifically, the socimi recorded a “change in the fair value of its investments” of €55.51 million, compared to €8.12 million in the first half of last year.
In addition, Silicius’ net turnover reached 12.76 million euros, up 13.7% from 11.22 million euros in January-June 2020.
