The Socimi Silicius Real Estate is ending the year on a high thanks to its strong performance during the first part of the year. It has increased its net income during the first nine months of 2022 to reach 22.3 million euros.
Both the hotel and residential arms of its business have generated returns and the firm is keen to highlight the increase its business in like-for-like terms. In turn, the company has intensified its commercial activity by signing 29 new rental contracts.
