Silicius has announced that it is going to ask its Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the repurchase of half of Merlin’s shares in the company.
Silicius will redeem half of Merlin’s stake in the company, specifically, 5,156,926 shares, for which it paid 15.7 euros per share in cash. In total, Silicius will return 80.96 million euros to the Socimi led by Ismael Clemente.
