Servihabitat has unveiled Serviland, its new independent subsidiary specialising in the urban management and marketing of land portfolios.
The servicer has a land portfolio under management spanning more than 200 million m2 in Spain, with a buildable volume of more than 37.7 million square meters and the potential to develop 200,000 homes over the next 10 years.
