Servihabitat closed real estate transactions last year worth more than 2.1 billion euros, which represents growth of 5% compared to 2021, as reported by the asset manager.
By asset type, the residential sector once again proved itself to be the backbone of the market, as it continued the good performance seen over the last two years. In general terms, demand for this type of asset was strong, a trend that in the case of Servihabitat translated into a 6.9% increase in terms of sales.
