Schroders Capital has bought a 67-room hotel in the centre of Ibiza, as reported on Monday by the private markets investment division of Schroders, a British multinational asset management company.
The acquired establishment, The Standard Hotel, was built recently and houses the Jara restaurant on the ground floor and a swimming pool on the roof.
