Scannell Properties has acquired a logistics plot in Cataluña. In this way, the developer and investor has added 22,500 square metres of land to its portfolio in the town of Montornés del Vallés.
Scanell’s intention is to promote a logistics warehouse spanning 13,500 square metres, which will be completed in the first quarter of 2023 and will have the BREEAM Very Good certificate. This is not the company’s first asset in the area given that it has already promoted a logistics development spanning 21,000 square metres in Santa Perpetua de Moguda.
