The Company for the Management of the Assets Proceeding from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) wanted to end the year with a sale. The entity, which has been in the hands of the Government since March, and the Ministry of Justice have reached an agreement for the sale by Sareb of a plot of land in Son Pardo (Palma de Mallorca) for 4.7 million euros .
The ministerial department plans to build a ‘City of Justice’ for the Balearic capital on this site, which it will formally acquire during the first quarter of 2023.
