The Company for the Management of Assets Proceeding from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has reduced the prices of 3,952 homes in its real estate portfolio.
In total, 9,784 properties are being included in this initiative, including homes, garages and storage rooms. They are distributed across almost all of the country, with a particular concentration in the Community of Valencia (24% of the total), Cataluña (15.6%) and Castilla y León (10%).
