An investment fund managed by Banco Santander Asset Management and Signal Capital has purchased the Hotel Sheraton La Caleta Resort & Spa from Grupo Disa for 80 million euros, according to Expansión.
The luxury complex comprises 284 rooms and 20 suites. In addition, it is home to 4 restaurants, 2 bars and 10 meeting rooms. Currently, the property is managed by the North American chain Marriott.
