Banco Santander is preparing its new servicer. The entity chaired by Ana Botín has created the company Yera Servicer Company 2021 to manage the assets transferred to Aliseda, according to various media reports yesterday.
Just a week ago, the bank withdrew the management of its toxic assets worth 5 billion euros from the servicer it owns jointly with Blackstone. Santander was looking to integrate this service into its business processes, but, in the end, it left the Quasar portfolio with Aliseda.
