Momentum Real Estate has awarded San José Constructora the contract for constructing a hotel building, intended as a co-living, with 520 residential units and more than 30,000 m2 of floor space in the Madrid town of Valdebebas.
Momentum’s operation is part of the management plan that Greystar has developed with several companies, as reported by Brainsre.news. It will manage these units, and around 2,500 in San Sebastián de los Reyes and Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid region), which could be completed by the end of 2022. These operations will be carried out on Blackstone land.
Coliving, a rental formula with shared common services and interests, is a very specific business niche in leasing. It mixes concepts taken from mid-stay rentals, student residences and hotel uses.
