
The joint venture formed by Round Hill and the Canadian pension fund has closed the acquisition of two student residences, in Madrid and Sevilla. Together, the partners have paid a total of 65 million euros in the two operations.
In the first instance, Round Hill and the Canadian entity have paid 30 million for an asset with 180 beds in the Spanish capital. That property is being developed by Alta Real Estate and Grupo Ibosa, in the Plaza Castilla area, close to the new IE campus.
