The German company Rosmann, which specialises in cosmetics, drugstore products and food, arrived in Spain two years ago and is now beginning its expansion in the east, where it has established its first logistics platform in Torrente, Valencia.
The property, which is located on the Masía del Juez Industrial Estate, is a state-of-the-art logistics asset that spans 20,000 square metres in total and is subdivided into four modules. Specifically, the space that Rossman has rented is module A, which spans 5,000 square metres.
