The promoter group Roel Homes is entering the jungle that is the luxury residential market in Marbella. And it is doing so with a cheque for 70 million euros to build 33 villas in the Palo Alto area, which will be sold for between 2,850,000 euros and 3,600,000 euros.
«There is no similar complex in the Costa del Sol area beyond La Zagaleta», say sources at the company. And data from the Brains Real Estate real estate big data platform confirms this: the average price of residential properties in the area at the end of September was 5,000 euros/square metre.
