Renta Corporación has completed the sale of a building spanning more than 3,300 m2 in Barcelona for a project that will involve the remodelling of the premises, which are currently used for parking. The remodelled property will house a laboratory for clinical analysis, pathological anatomy and industrial microbiology.
The premises, located in the Ensanche district, will join two existing spaces: the first accessible from Calle Provença and the second which covers part of the inner courtyard of the block, where the car park is now located. The resulting property will be divided into a ground floor plus a first floor; and will be accessible from Calles Provença and Rosselló.
