The Catalan real estate company Renta Corporación is finalising the purchase of the hotels BCN Urbaness Gran Ducat and BCN Urbaness Gran Ronda. The company has signed a purchase option for both establishments, which are owned by the chain controlled by Ignasi Santacreu, although its preference is to act as an intermediary and immediately sell the assets on to a third party, according to various sources.
Specifically, the real estate company run by Luis Hernández de Cabanyes is already negotiating with hotel groups, family offices and investment funds regarding the sale of the two hotels. The operation is valued at around 30 million euros.
