Renta Corporación closed the financial year 2022 with revenues of 61.3 million euros, an EBITDA of 9.7 million euros and a net profit of 3.6 million euros, as published by the company.
The year 2022 was characterised by geopolitical uncertainty and an uncertain and unfavourable macroeconomic context, with an inflationary spiral and rising interest rates. All of this translated into an increase in construction and financing costs in the real estate sector, which led to a slowdown in the closing of operations and in new investment decisions, directly impacting the group’s transactional business portfolio.
