Realterm Logistics is a US-based investment group specialising in logistics properties in the United States, Canada and India. The operation highlights the refuge value that lies in the Spanish logistics sector despite the pandemic crisis. In 2019, around 1.65 billion euros was invested in the sector, with Cataluña accounting for almost 40% of the total transacted. Forecasts indicate that we can expect to see a similar investment volume in 2020 despite the pandemic.
