In total, 2,001 transactions were recorded in Spain during the first nine months of 2022 involving the mobilisation of up to 88.8 billion euros. In economic terms, real estate was the most active sector in terms of mergers and acquisitions with 468 transactions.
This data reflects TTR’s quarterly M&A report Transactional Track Record, which presents a complete and correlational analysis of the most noteworthy cross-border transactions and the most active sectors in the market. League tables are also included, which reflect the activity of legal and financial advisers, taking into account the transactions reported in 2022.
