The autumn has been filled with all sorts of doubts and uncertainties, from the havoc being wrought by the war in Ukraine to the efforts by the central banks to tackle historically high inflation. But far from those problems casting a shadow over the Spanish real estate sector, the data for September reveals quite the opposite: records, improvements on pre-pandemic figures and dynamism across all segments without exception.
That is according to the real estate consultant BNP Paribas Real Estate in its latest report for the first nine months of 2022. The company is clear: «Spain continues to be firmly in the sights of international and national investors.»
