Quantum is pushing ahead with its expansion plans. The property developer has bought 10,000 square metres of land from the Capriles family in Valdemarín, in the Moncloa-Aravaca district of Madrid, according to El Confidencial.
The buyer, which specialises in the renovation of luxury homes in the Salamanca district of the Spanish capital, will promote 19 luxury villas on the site. The price of these single-family homes will start at 1.8 million euros and they will each span more than 300 square metres. Each property will have a private garden and pool.
