In one fell swoop, Pryconsa has taken a step towards doubling its presence in Bilbao where it will soon comfortably exceed 500 homes in total. Specifically, the company is planning to build between 300 and 320 new homes very close to the new San Mamés football stadium.
That is because Pryconsa has just been awarded the DB3 plot of land in the Zorrotzaurre neighbourhood, (Bilbao), one of the most coveted in the Basque city for just over 52 million euros through a public tender.
