This morning, Prologis, the world leader in the management of logistics assets, laid the first stone of what will be Prologis Park Guadalajara DC1, the first logistics warehouse from the US multinational in Guadalajara (Castilla-La Mancha).
The building will span 40,000 square metres, with 54 loading docks and a free height of 14 metres. It will be located on the El Ruiseñor Industrial Park, a strategic point for local and national distribution, with quick access to/from the A-2 and R-2 highways.
