Offices are growing. Demand for the segment in 2022 was governed by key criteria such as the quality of the assets, sustainability and location. Meanwhile, renovated spaces are gaining weight over new supply in 2023.
The latest edition of the Office Pulse event, organised by Savills in Barcelona, was presented by Anna Gener, CEO of the consultancy in Barcelona, and moderated by Hipólito Sánchez, Executive Director of the Office division. Other participants included Ángel Estebaranz, National Director of Offices in Madrid, Natalia Montal, Associate Director of Office Leasing in Barcelona, Daniel Norrby, Associate Director of Capital Markets in Madrid and Carlos Bajo, Director of Capital Markets in Barcelona.
