Premier is growing in numbers. The residential property developer Premier España, a Spanish subsidiary of the French multinational Bassac, closed 2022 with a total of 472 homes delivered and a turnover of 106 million euros.
According to the firm’s business plan, Premier has exceeded both the number of homes delivered and the turnover it had forecast, since it had expected to close the year with 420 homes delivered and a turnover of 85 million euros. The results confirm a strong second half of the year for the brand and its commitment to the markets of Madrid and Barcelona.
