Last year, Premier España recorded revenues of 147 million euros, which represents an increase of nearly 15% compared to the previous year. The property developer owned by the Bassac Group sold 740 homes in 2021, compared to 500 homes during 2020.
The company’s EBITDA amounted to 24 million euros with a net result of 16.7 million euros. The ratio of return on capital employed stood at 12%, undoubtedly the highest figure recorded by a property developer in Spain, where very high levels of capital are needed to carry out development activity.
