Premier España, a property developer specialising in residential housing that belongs to the Bassac group, closed 2020 with revenues of 128 million euros, which represents an increase of 13% compared to the same period a year earlier.
Its EBITDA was 19 million euros, down by 21% compared to the previous year driven by «by the mass delivery of social housing in 2020, which is less profitable since sale prices are limited», explain sources from the company.
