PortAventura Group is expanding its accommodation offering through the acquisition of the Hotel Pirámide in Salou from the real estate agency Aliseda, for 18 million euros. In addition, another four million has been allocated to renovate and adjust the property to the group’s standards, according to the newspaper Expansión.
The four-star hotel comprises 230 rooms and is located less than two kilometres from the group’s amusement park; the property is currently managed by the Catalan chain MedPlaya.
