The Government Council of Aragon has approved the expansion of the Logistics Platform of Zaragoza (PLAZA), a project called PLAZA 4.0, which will allow the space to be converted so that new investments linked to the logistics segment can be implemented and developed.
The total economic outlay for the construction of the entire logistics area, including the total cost of acquiring the land, is estimated to amount to around 40.7 million euros. In addition, the project will result in the creation of employment in the industrial and logistics sector, as well as in those activities relating to construction and maintenance.
