The German giant Patrizia has acquired a new residential building in the 22@ district of Barcelona for 34 million euros. The asset is used for rental purposes, was completed in December and is equipped with all kinds of amenities.
The ‘build to rent’ property, promoted by Mimeisa Asset Management, has a total buildable area of 7,054 square metres, with seven storeys and 59 homes, 66 parking spaces and 30 storage rooms.
