Yesterday, Panattoni announced that it has signed a contract for the development of a new project in Alcantarilla, Murcia. The project will span a gross leasable area of up to 23,500 m2 and will be able to house up to 4 modules spanning 5,000 m2 each for logistical and industrial use.
The building will be located on a site spanning 36,000 m2 that constitutes ‘Panattoni Murcia Park II’, with an expected completion date of the end of 2022.
