Panattoni is accelerating with the launch of what will be the largest private logistics park for rent in Spain. The firm has announced that construction has started on the second building in Panattoni Park Tarragona, a project that will offer almost 150,000 square metres of leasable space once it’s been completed.
The leading logistics-industrial real estate developer in Europe expects the park to comprise three buildings in total: one has already been built and leased to Naeko logistics; one that is now being constructed, which will have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 66,430 square metres; and one building to be developed in the future, which will have a GLA of 39,335 square metres including 28 loading and unloading docks.
